I run the INTEC Equipment Co. which imports exclusively to the US and Canada the Diamant D525 grain mill from Denmark. Therefore, I have a selfinterest in this blog. I picked up a Country Living Grain Mill a couple of years ago from Pleasant Hill Grain. Reviews are excellent, personal experience has shown it to be effective and easy to use. Clean up is easy.
Impactchamber grain mills like the Nutrimill and Wonder Mill are best for grinding fine grades of flour but have less grinding range than burr grain mill models like the Country Living Grain Mill.
